Orders will be dispatched either the same working day or next working day.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
All UK orders are delivered by Parcel Force, DHL or Yodel and require a signature and costs as follows:
Deliveries within the UK: £5 (Next Day)
International orders are delivered by Parcel Force, DHL or Yodel and require a signature. Costs as follows:
Delivery to Republic of Ireland: £7 (2-3 days)
Delivery to rest of EU: £10 (2-3 days)
Delivery to rest of World: £20 (2-3 days)
Duties And taxes
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country and for which you are responsible.
Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment by you of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs and Rose Rankin will not accept responsibility for such charges. We therefore suggest that before making your order for shipment overseas that you contact your local customs office for more information.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund subject to the following terms and conditions:
As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract/request a refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 provided that you inform us in writing within 14 days after the day on which you received the Product(s).
You shall then receive a full refund provided that the products are returned to the address below. in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. Please email email@example.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without Rose Rankin tags.
We cannot accept or issue refunds in respect of any used items which do not meet the aforesaid requirements and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.
To cancel a Contract and request a refund, you just need to let us know in writing that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Rose Rankin, Access House, 20-211 The Vale, Acton, London, W3 7QS. Please include your original invoice to help us to identify you order and your reasons for returning the Product(s).
If you send us your Cancellation Notice by email or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent the email or posted the letter to us.
If you cancel your Contract and return the Products to us each in accordance with the above requirements we will make any refund due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product(s) back from you.
All refunds will be made to the credit or debit card or Paypal account used by you to pay.
Unless the Product is faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us whether from the UK or abroad.

We strongly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
For the avoidance of any doubt, International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for return shipments outside the European Community (EU).
once dispatched we are not responsible for any delays caused to delivery by our selected third party couriers, any destination customs clearance or other processes particularly applicable to deliveries outside of the UK or any delay caused by your card issuer or any other issues relating to your payment for the products.
